This fix has already been incorporated into the Dragon Age Rules Fixpack. So don't install this fix if you already have it installed.
This simple lil patch fixes the broken passive ability of Find Vitals. (adds the crit bonus as intended)
Simply unpack the files into your \Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override\ folder.
Be sure to remove any files from v1.0 before unpacking 1.1 or else they will conflict.
