Currently I have her set to override Leliana, if you want her as your PC, you're going to do a bit more work.
Place her in your toolsetexport folder as usual, renaming the file to hf_[YOUR CHARACTER NAME].mor.
Then you're going to have to open up your most recent save in the toolset (\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Characters\[YOUR CHARACTER NAME]\Saves\[MOST RECENT SAVE]\savegame.das).
Once you have that opened, expand SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR, then SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_PLAYERCHAR, then SAVEGAME_APPEARANCE.
Finally, in the SAVEGAME_APPEARANCE_MORPH_NAME change the value to hf_[YOUR CHARACTER NAME].
If I haven't missed a step, this face morph should now be on your PC.
I have included both the .mrh file which can be opened in the toolset to allow you to further alter my work to your satisfaction as well as the .mor file which goes into your Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/Packages/Core/Override/Toolsetexport folder. To uninstall simply remove the hf_genfl_leliana.mor file from this folder.
