Adds a Tranquil tattoo to all of the Tranquil you encounter in DA:O

Adds a Tranquil tattoo to all of the Tranquil encountered during DA:O, including:
- Owain
- Tranquil at Ostagar
- Tranquil proprietor of the Wonders of Thedas
- Four tranquil in the Senior Mage's Quartes in Mage Origin
- Two tranquil on the third floor in Broken Circle
- Tranquil emissary at party camp
(Note - if anyone is aware of other Tranquil elsewhere that I've missed, please let me know!)
This tattoo is only usable from the toolset,not in the character creator or via the supplied pre-set heads. It consists of two parts, a larger set of arms that I've applied in orange ink, and a smaller set with a ring around the centre that is applied in red (both applied at 0.75 strength).
It does end up getting squashed/stretched a little on the heads of some characters, but I've got it adjusted so that it is fairly circular on most heads that I tested it with.
Other changes: I noticed almost all of the Tranquil head morphs had ice blue eyes. I've mixed them up a little more. I've also given most of them hair, instead of the cropped-to-fuzz hairstyles that they previously had.
There were two of the tranquil in the Mage origin that had heads named as if they're elves, but their character files had them flagged as human. For whatever reason, this was making it impossible for me to edit the head of one of them. In the end I modified their UTC files to switch them from human to elven.
INSTALLATION
Unzip the files into your My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override directory.
Placing them in a named subdirectory will make them easier to relocate if you wish to deinstall the mod.
DEINSTALLATION
Delete the files.

Dec. 18/2012 - There are now two styles of elven heads available, in both DA:O and DA2-for-DA:O* styles. Only one can be installed at a time.
There is also an optional file available that changes the Tranquil robe to a Chantry robe. Note that you may wish to try my "Tranquil Chantry Robe" mod instead for a recoloured version of the robe in colours closer to what the DA2 Tranquil wear.
* - The DA2 elven heads were created with the "Elf Update" mod installed, and will look different than is shown in screenshots if it is not present.
Dec. 19/2012 - Have uploaded a set of head morphs where the tranquil in the tower still have shaved heads, for those that prefer that hair style.
Dec. 21/2012 - Added a set of preset heads for the character creator so that those who wish to make playable tranquil can do so. Heads can be edited without losing tattoo as long as you don't touch the tattoo controls while modifying them. The completist in me means that I've included dwarven presets as well. These presets are all set up to display as the fifth preset head in their category; to change which slot they show up in, change the number at the end of the filename.
Note - Other creators who wish to use this tattoo file on their own head morphs and post the results are welcome to do so. I've added an optional file that contains only the tattoo textures and material definition files. I do ask that you acknowledge that the tattoo is from this mod, and link back to it.
