This addon gives you skill, talent, and attribute books EVERY TIME you load. These books add points to your characters as if you leveled up.
So, load, use the books, save. load, use books, save, load... until you reach the desired amount of books/points.
i have noticed that some sometimes i have trouble using these items, if i save again and load i can then use them, the problem eventually comes up again and i must save and load another time... im not sure why, and yes it is annoying but it works and its the easiest way i can think of - without messing with character stats in the toolset, and possibly damaging your game - to add these extra points.
